1st EPI Annual Psychoanalytic School in:
Iseo (Italy, near Brescia), 8th – 14th November 2015.

The Theme of the School is:
“Analytic Field and Analytic Forest: paths and impasses in the psychoanalytic process”

The School is organized by the EPI and the Italian Psychoanalytic Society (SPI) in collaboration with the Italian Psychoanalytic Association (AIPsi).

THE PROGRAM includes: plenary lectures, group discussions of plenary papers, small clinical groups, special workshops and panels, individual and small group’s consultations, a film screening and discussion.

PLENARY LECTURES will be given by Stefano Bolognini (IPA president, SPI past-president), Serge Frisch, (EPF president), Antonino Ferro (SPI president), Jorge Canestri (past-president of the AIPsi and president-elect of the EPF) and Adele Lupinacci (SPI Training Analyst).

SPECIAL WORKSHOPS will be given by Giuseppe Civitarese and Graziano De Giorgio.

Afternoons: Discussions of case presentations in small groups, special workshops and panels, individual and group consultations and special evening events

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All participants are kindly requested to bring for individual or/and group consultations written clinical material (no more than 4 pages with one or two sessions, ten copies) either of their analytical cases or material from psychoanalytical psychotherapy.
THE AIM OF THE ANNUAL SCHOOL IS TRAINING AND TEACHING. PRIORITY FOR PARTICIPATION WILL BE GIVEN TO EPI CANDIDATES AND REGISTERED ANALYSANDS AND TO INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS FROM IPA SOCIETIES AND STUDY GROUPS. REGISTRATION WILL BE ORGANISED ON “FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED” BASIS!

VENUE: The Seminar will take place at Iseolago Hotel (http://www.iseolagohotel.it/), Iseolago Hotel&Spa is located in one of Lombardy’s most interesting regions in terms of environment and culture. The surrounding area offers some of the prettiest landscapes to be seen in the north of Italy
The hotel is also within easy reach of all the main airports of north Italy: Milano Malpensa 120 km, Milano Linate 95 km, Brescia 40 km, Bergamo Orio 40 km, Verona 85 km, Venice 200 km.

LANGUAGES: English and Russian. The plenary lectures will be presented in English. Printed material with the plenary lectures in English and Russian will be available. Plenary discussions will be translated. There will be parallel English-speaking and Russian-speaking discussion and small clinical groups.

REGISTRATION

Accommodation and Prices:
The inclusive cost for the conference, accommodation and meals (full board), coffee breaks, welcome reception and farewell dinner will be:

Early bird registration before June 12th 2015
Registration fee for IPA members is 550 Euros
Registration fee for IPA candidates is 470 Euros

A small number of places has been reserved for colleagues in difficult financial situations. However these places for a reduced fee are limited and can not be guaranteed.

EPI members can register for reduced fee of 450 Euros
EPI candidates and registered analysands can register at reduced fee of 370 Euros.
For single room accommodation one has to pay additional 150 Euros. The number of single rooms is limited, and it is helpful if participants are prepared to share twin-bedded rooms.

After 12th of June Registration
Fee for IPA members is 620 Euros.
Fee for IPA candidates after is 540 Euros
Fee for EPI candidates and registered andalysands is 470 Euros
Fee for EPI members – ???

TSR participants may register fee free.

The number of places is limited. Since we anticipate a heavy demand for places, early registration is strongly recommended.

The deadline for early registrations is June 12th 2015.
