Giovanna Ambrosio is a Training and Supervising psychoanalyst of the Italian Psychoanalytical Association (A.I.Psi). Full time psychoanalytic and psychoterapeutic practice in Rome, Italy. She has been the past Secretary, past Director of the Training Institute and past President of the Italian Psychoanalytical Association (A.I.Psi). Current Director of Psicoanalisi, the Journal of the Association. European Member of the IPA Board (2013-2017). Past Overall Chair (2005 – 2009), past consultant (2009-2011), former European Co-chair (2001-2005), of the IPA Committee Women and Psychoanalysis) She is the author of various publications and has edited several books published by Karnac : On incest. psychoanalytic perspectives, London 2005; Tranvestism, transsexualism in the psychoanalytic dimension, London, 2009, and co-edited with Simona Argentieri and Jorge Canestri Language, Symbolization and Psychosis, London 2007.

Ferhan Özenen is a Training and Supervising psychoanalyst of the Istanbul Psychoanalytical Society (IPD-IPA). She served as President of the Istanbul Psychoanalytical Society (2018-2022), Chair of the Training Coordination Committee (2020-2022), and Chair of the Cinema and Psychoanalysis Committee (2013-2018). She is currently Co-Chair of the Training Coordination Committee and Chair of the Trauma Study Group. And Chair of the Literature and Psychoanalysis Study Group. She is the author of various publications on femininity, masculinity, sexuality, narcissism, and the death drive. Her publications include “The Obscure Object of Desire” in Homosexualities, Routledge. And Women Analyzing Women in “Femininity and Its Enigmas” (2021)
